Section 84
Disposition versions
84. The following documents shall be filed with Retraite Québec in support of every claim in respect of a child aged 18 or over:
(1) where it is claimed that the child is or was registered in a course requiring full-time attendance, without significant interruption, in a school or university, a statement in the form prescribed by Retraite Québec and signed by an official of that school or university, certifying that the child is or was registered;
(2) where it is claimed that the child attends or attended, for a period of time, a school or university on a full-time basis without significant interruption, a statement of attendance in the form prescribed by Retraite Québec, signed by the child in question.
84. The following documents shall be filed with the Commission in support of every claim in respect of a child aged 18 or over:
